Before using our best online cab services, we request all our customers to carefully read our Terms & Conditions. The purpose of these guidelines is to make sure everyone has a safe, clear, fair, and smooth experience. By booking any cab service with us—whether a book cab ride or a holiday tour package—you agree to follow these terms.

Advance Payment Policy

To confirm any taxi booking with Travel Wayz India, an advance payment is required. This helps us reserve your cab, allocate resources, and make the necessary arrangements in advance. 
Please note:
Advance payment is 100% non-refundable, under any situation.
This includes changes in travel plans, cancellations by the customer, or no show on the day of travel. Once confirmed, details like time, route, or details, we recommend finalizing your plans before making a taxi booking service. Book your trip by paying at least half of the complete fare. if canceled 30 minutes after booking in that case advance payment is non-refundable

Waiting Charges Policy

We understand that delays can happen. That’s why we offer 30 minutes of free waiting time for each pickup, whether at an airport, railway station, hotel, or home. After the waiting period is over, you will start getting charged Rs 100 per 60 minutes. Help us save time and avoid penalties by boarding the cab on time

Safe Driving and Traffic Rules

Safety is our top priority at Travel Wayz India. All our drivers are trained to follow traffic rules and drive responsibly. We strictly do not allow:
  • Over-Speeding
  • Breaking Traffic Rules
  • Over-Speeding

Any Behavior That Violates India Traffic Rule Laws We request all passengers to never ask or pressure the driver for over-speeding, break traffic signals, or take illegal shortcuts. Our drivers are allowed to decline unsafe routes. Your cooperation is appreciated to ensure the safety of everyone.

Guidelines for Air Conditioning (AC)

While we strive to provide a comfortable cab service with air conditioning, there are some limitations where AC usage is restricted
  • If the cab is parked or waiting ac will not be turned on
  • While cab driving in hilly places, especially on steep slopes AC will also remain off, to avoid engine strain and smooth performance
  • This policy ensures both your safety and the long-term health of the car.

No Drinking or Smoking In cars

  • Smoking (cigarettes, hookahs, or any other substance)
  • Drinking alcohol or carrying open alcohol bottles

If a passenger is found violating this rule, the driver may cancel the ride immediately without any refund, and the customer will be liable to pay for any cleaning or damage caused.

Rules for Passenger Capacity

Each cab has a fixed seating capacity as per government rules and car type:
  • Sedan cars – Maximum 4 passengers only
  • SUVs – Maximum 6 or 7 passengers, depending on the model
  • No extra passengers are allowed beyond the permitted capacity
Please ensure you book a taxi suitable for the number of travelers. Carrying more people than allowed is unsafe and illegal. Drivers have the right to instantly cancel the trip if the number of passengers exceeds the limit.

Missed Flights, Trains, or Buses

We can understand how important it is to reach on time at the airport, railway stations and bus terminals but Travel Wayz India will not be responsible for any missed transport due to.

  • Late cab bookings by the customer
  • Traffic jams or roadblocks
  • Delays in customer readiness
  • To avoid last-minute stress, we recommend booking your cab well in advance and planning extra time for your journey. If a flight, train, or bus is missed due to customer delay, Travel Wayz India will not be liable for any refund or compensation.
